Most people build first and look for buyers later. Flip it. You can test an idea in 72 hours without building anything or spending money.

1. Write one sentence: "I help [who] get [result]." Then pick a price.
2. Message 10 people who have the problem. Ask about the problem first, then ask if they'd pay that price to solve it. Keep it a question, not a pitch.
3. Log every reply: yes, maybe, no, or no reply. Likes don't count.
4. Decide: go, refine or drop.

A dropped idea isn't a failure. It's a month you didn't spend building something nobody asked for.
