Finding a good place to wash your car isn't always easy. Whether you live in an apartment, have water restrictions, or just don't have access to a driveway, a self-service car wash may be your best option.

But can you actually get a safe, professional-quality wash at one?

In this video, I take my own Toyota 4Runner to a self-service car wash and walk you through exactly how I approach it, what I bring, what I avoid, and whether the results are actually worth it.

If you've ever wondered how to safely wash your car at a coin-operated car wash, this video is for you!
