Day 2: Out Of The Garage Gym - At The Iron Asylum

Back and biceps using some great equipment from Hoist, Precor, Cybex, and Nautilus

@IronAsylumGym

This was my second and final day at the Iron Asylum Warehouse Gym in Newport News, VA. When my wife planned our very short vacation, she asked if there was anything I really wanted to do? My only request was to book our stay close to a really nice gym and this was the state and area she picked; and I must admit, she did a great job!
