Today we’re getting a first look at the new Gabil Radio UR90-CF Carbon Fiber Cap Hat Antenna — a compact, lightweight antenna designed for portable HF operation.

What makes the UR90-CF interesting is its combination of carbon fiber construction, small form factor, and an integrated capacitance hat. Rather than carrying a traditional long telescoping whip and a separate capacitance hat, the UR90-CF incorporates the capacitance hat into the antenna itself.
