2027 Toyota bZ XLE Plus FWD review, walkaround, and test drive. This is one of the first 2027 Toyota models to arrive on our lot, and in this video, I cover its exterior design, electric powertrain, driving range, NACS charging, interior, technology, cargo space, safety features, pricing, and driving experience.

The XLE Plus FWD uses a single front electric motor producing 221 horsepower and offers up to 314 miles of EPA-estimated driving range. It also includes a North American Charging System port, compatibility with Level 1, Level 2, and DC fast charging, four selectable regenerative-braking settings, and Eco, Normal, and Snow drive modes.

Inside, the bZ features a 14-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual wireless phone chargers, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, 64-color ambient lighting, and a 1,500-watt AC outlet.

Finished in Blueprint with a Black SofTex and fabric mixed-media interior, this particular bZ includes crossbars, mudguards, door edge guards, all-weather floor liners, and an all-weather cargo mat. Its total suggested retail price is $40,642.

Fuel economy is EPA-estimated at 143 city and 119 highway MPGe.
