I first reviewed this Smart Mirror years ago when it was still a Kickstarter project.

Back then, the concept was interesting, but like a lot of early fitness tech, there were still questions about how it would hold up in the real world.

Fast forward to today, and the platform has been acquired, refined, and expanded into a much more polished smart mirror workout experience. So I wanted to take another look and see how far it has come with this new and improved version of the IMBODY Mirror from FitHub.

In this video, I revisit the FitHub Titan Smart Mirror, compare it to my original impressions, and test whether a smart mirror exercise at home setup can actually be a viable alternative to traditional gym equipment for some users. I also walk you through the Strength Assessment so you can see how you can personalize this machine specifically to YOU.
