I’m building an AI-native workspace for managing multiple faceless YouTube channels — from story blueprint and scripts to voiceovers, exact scene planning, B-roll, AI visuals, motion graphics and eventually the final video.
The idea is simple: instead of jumping between ChatGPT, Claude, voice tools, image generators, stock-footage sites, documents and editing tools, I want the entire production workflow organized inside one system.
In this build-in-public series, I’m building the product phase by phase.
The workflow:
Channel Intelligence → Story Blueprint → AI Script → Approval Agents → Voiceover → Timestamped Transcript → Exact Scene Plan → AI Images / Video / B-Roll → Claude Code + Remotion Motion Graphics → Final Video
One of the biggest features I’m building is an audio-aware scene planner. Once the final voiceover is ready, the system analyzes the actual narration and timestamps and generates the complete scene-by-scene production plan — so the creator doesn't have to manually figure out which visual belongs to every sentence.
I’m also experimenting with specialized approval agents for scripts, facts, transcripts, scenes, B-roll, generated assets and the final video.
The long-term goal:
One AI operating system for running multiple faceless YouTube channels.
Building an AI manager for faceless YouTube channels to solve the messy, fragmented production process I deal with daily.
Managing content often feels like juggling dozens of disjointed AI production tools just to get one video across the finish line. From scripting and voiceovers to image generation, the constant context switching kills productivity. I am tired of the friction, so I am documenting the process of building a custom solution inspired by the efficiency of platforms like Cursor.
This project focuses on creating a unified dashboard that handles the entire pipeline in one place. By centralizing these tasks, I aim to achieve true workflow automation that removes the need for manual oversight. If you are struggling with the technical overhead of scaling your content creation software, this build is designed to streamline your operation and save hours of manual work.
