Welcome Back Intermediate/Advanced Tuesday 10/6/2026 Evening Class

I hope all of you had a nice summer break and enjoyed the picnics and family time. I know we did and it shows. Well on me at least. LOL. Today we are going to hold our meet and greet group together as some of you in the beginners group experienced yesterday. However we will also begin our studies of techniques used by the intermediate and work our way into advanced group. I do have some patterns to share for homework that I think you all will enjoy for fall harvest gatherings.

We will also be featuring a lady who contributed in many ways over the years to the classes. Her name is Nancy Tracy. She still tats but her main focus for many years has been quilting. She has some really cute patterns to play with and today we will honor her work by looking at her Pumpkin Bookmark pattern. We will walk thru the pattern verbiage so you know what to do and when. Then you will tat it up as homework. Needle Tatters. This should be fairly easy for you as Nancy was both a needle and shuttle tatter. However most of her small tats were done by needle. So for an hour and a half twice today we will learn about this wonderful tatter and bring joy back to her patterns.

Some of her patterns have landed into the way back machine however you can still get them from her site and she has some unique paid premium patterns very reasonably priced should you choose to look at those. I have personally done many of her patterns over the years and I have to say they are an easy read for even the youngest of our tatters in their journey.
