This 5-minute Excel automation has saved me 100+ hours over the past 5 years.

Every month I had to create invoices (sometimes 5, sometimes 50), and each one took 2-3 minutes to make. So I built a simple VBA automation that creates a perfectly formatted PDF invoice with a double-click.

Now raising all my invoices for the month takes less than 2 minutes.

In this video, I show you exactly how it works and walk you through the VBA code, so you can set it up for yourself and customize it (change the folder, the file name, the invoice template, or the number of columns).

And it's not just for invoices. You can use the same technique to generate reports, Word documents, or Excel files from any data you have in a sheet.
