They told me to say goodbye to my vacations when I became a mom. I almost believed them.

My kids are 5 and 2. They’ve already been to 12 countries, flown to Peru in business class, eaten gelato in Rome, and stood with me in a Paris hotel suite watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night and it cost us almost nothing.

We’re not wealthy. We live on a normal budget. We do this almost entirely with points and miles earned from credit cards we were already using anyway.

This video is my story and my promise to every parent who’s been told that travel ends when kids begin. It doesn’t. It gets better.
