The faceless AI channel trend has been popping out in recent years like unwanted weeds. For over 20 years, YouTube was the place for creators to thrive and build communities, however it has now become easier than ever to automate a channel and it's videos, and it's destroying YouTube.

The faceless AI channel get rich quick craze is predatory and propogating a detereoration in content quality, and will continue to infect YouTube. Youtube's response is to carelessly eliminate channels that include not only AI slop channels but also channels that incorporate AI in accordance to the guidlines. This plague, is concerning, and needs to be tamed by a better response from YouTube and audiences alike.
