Have you heard of the Gelatin Trick or the Jello Diet? I kept seeing articles or ads pop up about the Gelatin Trick for weight loss and figured it was just the latest craze. Then an article popped up written by a nutritionist and reviewed by a medical doctor. I thought it would be interesting to get their take on this popular diet hack.

I did some more research and found out that this diet may have some merit, but also some words of caution. In this video, I share the information I found on the Jello Diet/Gelatin Trick.
