Recently I won the Skool games and was flown out to meet @AlexHormozi and @samovenstv and here are my 3 biggest takeaways from the event:

1. Do more of what you are good at:

As entrepreneurs we often hold onto jobs and tasks for too long and end up spreading ourselves too thin instead of just delegating to someone else and allowing ourselves to spend more time doing what we are truly exceptional at.

2. Online business can be lonely:

Online business is one of the loneliest businesses models in the world because almost none of your family or friends can relate to the things that you are working on or dealing with. This is one of the reasons communities and platforms like Skool are on the rise. People want to spend time with other people who are just like them.

3. Trust is the MOAT

In a world full of gurus, copycats, and people selling snake oil you need to protect your reputation like your life depends on it.

Too many entrepreneurs are willing to risk their reputation for a quick short term payday but this generally costs them more in the long run.

Trust that took years to build can be wiped away in a matter of seconds so protect yourself and always maintain integrity in everything you do.
