Evernorth has assembled one of the largest pools of XRP in the world, more than 473 million coins purchased and committed, and it did it in public on its way to a Nasdaq listing under the ticker XRP through a SPAC. A SPAC is a special purpose acquisition company, a business already listed on the exchange that takes a private company public by merging with it. Evernorth is a crypto treasury company, which means its entire job is to hold one digital asset on behalf of shareholders, so owning the stock becomes a way to gain exposure to the coin.
