Feedback from a dispatcher friend of mine about a situation encountered at work prompted me to make this video unpacking various approaches, a NOTAM about a temporary crane (that's sometimes NOT up), and the ILS 9 at KSAN in San Diego, CA with a medical emergency onboard.
