MiniMax H3 is one of the most interesting AI video models I’ve tested in a while. https://tolt.link/bdm_h3

In this video, I put Hailuo H3 through a wide range of creative experiments—from stylized animation and realistic social video to fantasy transformations, motion graphics, body horror and cinematic storytelling.

I’m not convinced that H3 beats Seedance 2.0 at everything. But it does some things remarkably well, and there are areas where it may actually have the edge.

We’ll look at several of H3’s most talked-about capabilities, including:

• Videos up to 15 seconds
• 2K output resolution
• Native stereo sound and dialogue
• Image, video and audio references
• Motion transfer
• First- and last-frame control
• Precise video editing
• Multiple visual styles and cinematic camera movement

I’ll also show you the actual prompts and results from a series of tests. I used a local prompt-building tool I created to help structure some of the ideas, but the real focus here is H3 itself—and what the model can produce when you give it a strong creative direction.

Some results worked better than others, but several genuinely surprised me.
