I started as a virtual assistant earning $5 an hour. Nine years later, I'm a marketing manager. The journey wasn't linear, pretty, or what anyone online told me it would be.

In this video, I'm sharing the three biggest lessons I learned the hard way, including why stability takes longer than you think, why "freedom" isn't what it looks like on Instagram, and why you'll never fully stop figuring things out.

If you're a VA, a freelancer, or thinking about working online, this one's for you.
