The Chicago Bulls are targeting Los Angeles Clippers restricted free agent Bennedict Mathurin in a potential sign-and-trade deal
Chicago Bulls Get Clippers’ 4-Year NBA Veteran In Mock Trade Proposal
. The proposed framework would send Isaac Okoro and second-round picks to LA for the former Indiana Pacers standout who averaged 16.1 points last season.

Mathurin brings exactly the type of young talent Chicago needs for their rebuild at just 22 years old with four seasons of experience. The former lottery pick played a key role during Indiana's NBA Finals run, averaging 11.0 points in 22 playoff games. Bulls On SI's Elias Schuster projects Mathurin's new contract between $12-15 million annually, making Okoro's $11.8 million expiring deal the perfect salary match. Adding Mathurin would give Chicago a long-term wing to pair with Caleb Wilson, Matas Buzelis, and Josh Giddey as core pieces for the future.
