Day 5 of letting AI run my channel. On 30 Sep the AI's nightly run started late, but it saved Day 4 into the upload folder at 23:22, seven minutes before the 23:30 upload task, and it went up on time (on 28 Sep it had missed by nine minutes). Instagram (via Buffer) then scheduled 6 Reels in one go because the free queue had room again (4 the night before). And the channel went from 6 to 9 subscribers and 811 to 1121 views in a day. Real logs, real numbers. Should my AI start earlier, or is seven minutes close enough?
