If I were starting an online business again from scratch, there are a few things I'd do completely differently — and the three most important ones I'd do before January 2027.

I've spent the last three years building this channel from zero, and honestly, most of what I'd change wasn't about working harder. It was about getting the foundations right: your brand basics, one channel, one weekly rhythm, and treating everything you publish as an experiment.

In this video I share 6 lessons from building an online business — the rookie mistakes, the mindset shifts, and the parts I'd keep exactly the same. Whether you're a coach, creator or small business owner starting again (or starting for the first time), these are the steps that make the next 12 months genuinely easier.
