The strategy is simple: identify something you already know how to do, turn that knowledge into one small digital product, price the first version at around $20, and put it in front of people already searching for help with that exact problem.

I walk through the entire process using a barbershop manager as an example. You'll see how one repeated question from a customer or coworker can become a checklist, template, cheat sheet, worksheet, or other simple digital product. I'll also show you where AI fits into the process and why you should use AI to organize your expertise rather than replace it.

Then we connect the product to YouTube. You'll see how to create videos around questions your buyer is already asking, build a simple sales page, link the product underneath your content, and improve the process after your first views and sales.

The goal isn't instant passive income. Your first $100 online gives you something far more important: evidence that another person will pay for knowledge you've packaged into something useful.
