I used to be a middle manager. I honestly think it's one of the most useless jobs in the world.At least senior leaders get to talk about
strategy, goals, and leadership.
Middle managers? Endless meetings, nons to pcommunication, and endless project coordination.
You're constantly moving goals, data, and results around-then turning them into one document after another.
I've experienced it firsthand, and I truly believe that every entrepreneur is pushed into entrepreneurship by circumstances.
Thankfully, with today's no-code tools, you can become your own boss and build a way to make a living on your own. Most of these tools will run you $0-$25/month while an employee will cost $5K+
