In 17 days this faceless YouTube channel pulled 506,000 views and paid me $3,786 in ad revenue. All of it off the World Cup. And no, I wasn't posting highlights or talking about Messi and Ronaldo.

I recorded the entire build. The branding, the ideation, the pivot that actually made it work, all of it. This video is the blueprint. I'm not promising it works for you, but the World Cup is still going, so you still have time to move.

The whole play was simple: skip the worldwide audience everybody fights over and go US-only. Higher RPM, less competition, an audience nobody else wants. Soccer was just the vehicle. The channel is really about what America is thinking and feeling right now.
