Filters make comparison harder. I’m 59, and in 60 seconds a phone filter gave me smoother skin, lifted brows, whiter teeth, a sharper jawline, and a different nose. Then I turned it off. The comparison game is hard, even when we know better. Real skin, real faces, and real aging are not failures. We still have to love ourselves as we are, even when that takes work.
