One of the most frustrating parts of van life isn't driving, it's having to pack up your entire home every time you want to go somewhere nearby.

After several years traveling in my camper van, I realized that even a quick errand, a short hike, or a trip to the visitor center meant breaking camp just to leave for an hour. Then I tried something I honestly didn't think I needed, and it completely changed how I use my campsite.

In this video, I share the upgrade that's helped me stay longer at places I love, use less diesel, and skip the hour of packing up that used to shape my entire day. It wasn't one big moment that sold me, it was all the little trips I stopped needing the van for.
