Four regional teams sent the same quarter of data and none of the headers match. North America says subscriber ID, Europe says subscriber_id, Latin America just says ID, Europe reports in euros, and one subscriber appears twice. Instead of fixing that by hand I give Codex one instruction: merge all four into a master workbook with five clean columns, keep the earlier signup date when an ID repeats, move the loser to an exceptions tab, convert euros at a stated rate, and leave the original files untouched. Then I check the work. The exceptions tab shows the duplicate, 25 rows become 24, and the revenue totals add up across all four regions.
