Home Gym Facebook Marketplace Find For My Next Bodybuilding Show

To prepare for my next bodybuilding show, I need to make sure I have as many tools as possible to help me get in the best shape of my life. I recently found a piece of equipment on Facebook Marketplace that I previously owned l, and it was listed at a price I couldn’t pass up.

This video covers the experience picking up the machine, cleaning it, assembling it, hacks, modifications, training, and more!
