If you have an idea for an online business but it still feels vague, do this before you make a logo, build a website, or start posting.

Write down four things:

1. WHO will you help?
2. WHAT problem will you solve?
3. WHAT will you sell?
4. WHERE will they buy it?

You do not need every detail figured out yet.

But if you can answer those four questions clearly, the rest of your decisions become much easier.

Clarity first. Then build.
