Most people trying to start a faceless YouTube channel are stuck gluing five tools together: one for research, one for scripts, one for voice, one for images, one for editing. That's the real reason most channels never publish a first video. It's not talent. It's the pipeline.
In this tutorial I collapse that entire pipeline into one system using Claude's newest model, Fable 5. You give it a channel that's already working, and it studies the pattern behind that channel's views, then builds a brand new video in that style on your own topic. Research, title, script, voiceover, every image, and the final edit. All from one chat window, no editing experience needed.

By the end you'll have a repeatable template. Point it at a new channel, give it a new topic, and a new video comes out the other side. That's the system I'm using for faceless videos for the rest of the year.
