Can Donald Trump bar CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House because he believes their reporting is dishonest?

Federal Judge Timothy Kelly ordered their press credentials restored for 14 days after finding the outlets were likely to succeed on their claim that the passes were revoked without constitutionally adequate due process.

That does not resolve the entire constitutional fight.

CNN, MS NOW and Politico are also arguing that removing their access because of their coverage violates the First Amendment, while the Trump administration has defended its authority over White House access.

So strip away whether you personally like Trump or trust these networks: how much power should ANY president have to decide which news organizations can physically cover the White House?
