I spend a lot of time at my desk, so I usually notice pretty quickly when an office chair starts to feel wrong. For this video, I tested the OTO Zenpex Ergonomic Chair in my normal daily setup, from writing scripts and editing videos to taking breaks between work sessions.

What I wanted to find out was simple. Can this chair actually stay comfortable after a few hours, or does it only feel good for the first ten minutes? After using it for a few weeks, the parts that stood out to me were the adjustable seat depth, the supportive lower back design, the stable headrest, and the recline with the built in footrest. It also has a clean look that fits better in a home office setup than many bulky ergonomic chairs or gaming chairs.

This is my real experience with the OTO Zenpex, including how it feels for long sitting sessions, how the adjustments work in daily use, and who I think should consider it.
