Brian Kilmeade predicts Mamdani will pressure landlords until they abandon their buildings, allowing the city to take control. At the same time, Kilmeade believes the NYPD will be slowly drained of resources until Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch quits and New York descends into lawlessness within two years.
