Flat purchasers who approach sales offices believe that the sales and customer relationship managers dealing with them are honest, sincere and authorized to genuinely negotiate with them. All of this is untrue. In actual fact, the builder's employees are like Non Player (Or Non Playable) Characters in internet games, called NPCs. They exist only to manipulate the mind of the flat-buyers. When you deal with them, they create the illusion of dealing with actual human beings, but the fact of the matter is that they are not exactly acting like humans. They are more like NPCs -- automatons who are just performing a function without any agency or free will.
