Put the bottle under the tap: the sensor sees it, a 12 V delay-off timer relay opens the solenoid valve, and the countdown runs 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 before it stops.
12 V supply, proximity sensor, timer relay module, 12 V solenoid valve. Fill time and water are stylised. In a real build add a 1N4007 flyback diode across the solenoid.
